Lo-waisted trousers look great on the under 25s. Hi-waisted trousers, however, are hard to come by these days. I know, I’ve tried. I’ve looked in vintage clothes stores in both London and New York without success. And then, just as I had resigned myself to the fact that I would forever be caught in the middle of a fashion conundrum I happened upon The Tin House and Old Town web sites. Great clothes that cater for a more discerning clientèle looking for something more traditional. I shall be saving my pennies…
